Auditors are experienced adult social care professionals, trained and certified by IRCA (International Register of Certified Auditors). Our auditors come from a variety of backgrounds including Nursing, CQC Inspectors, Business Directors, and Local Authority Commissioners who have many years of relevant practical hands on industry experience.
We understand the challenges facing the sector, and during the audit experienced auditors can provide practical advice and guidance to help owners & managers improve their service. Auditors are selected for the Service based on their history and sector experience.
