Supported living policies and procedures

Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliant policies

£995 (excl. VAT) or £99 (excl.VAT) per month

Designed for Supported Living and Domiciliary providers that deliver CQC regulated activities to adults with Learning Disabilities. Services for people with Learning Disabilities have been under increased scrutiny since the Winterbourne View scandal and large institutional settings will no longer be the standard.

Providers of services for people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism must demonstrate that their service is in line with building the right support and the accompanying service model, W&P’s Policies will help you achieve that.
These new Policies are divided into 3 sections for ease of reference:
  • Direct Care Policies – These relate directly to the provision of care and support
  • Managing Care Policies – All you need to manage the service effectively
  • Staffing Policies – Everything from employing, training and managing your staff
Like all our Policies, they are carefully researched, clearly written and easy to use. They are written in MS word and for easy navigation and there are links at the head of each policy that takes you directly to the sections that require your input to personalise them to your business i.e. your named Safeguarding Lead, or Health & Safety Representative.
